Shipping and Order Policy
We can only ship when and where it is legal to do so.
Title to the wine you order passes to you as soon as it leaves our doors. You must be aware of the relevant laws in your state pertaining to the shipment of alcoholic beverages. Orders for non-alcoholic items (all glassware, wine accessories, non alcohol gift baskets, etc.) are not restricted to certain states and can be shipped anywhere in the United States.
By ordering from LinwoodWineCo.com you are representing that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person receiving the shipment is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Due to our strict policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that we reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. Thank you for your understanding.
Orders received after 12:00 pm U.S. Eastern Daylight Savings Time will be processed the following business day. All orders can take up to 2 or more business days to ship. Depending on your location, the shipment will take anywhere from 1-5 days in transit. If there is an extended delay, we will contact you immediately via email or by phone. LinwoodWineCo.com will not be held responsible for any shipping instructions given for a specific date or time. We will do our best to accommodate you in any way possible.
Inventory Policy
Because of the high volume nature of our business, our inventory is persistently changing. New products show up daily and occasionally we do sell out specific products. We constantly update our database. However, some orders may be processed before a vintage can be changed or an out of stock situation can be processed. Please be advised that vintage changes and out of stock situations are subject to change without notice. LinwoodWineCo.com reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions when necessary. We will then contact you about vintage changes or out of stock products if necessary. Thank you for your understanding as we do our utmost to serve your needs.
Discounts and Sales
You may mix any 12 bottles of 750ml wine for a 10% discount. This discount will only apply to items that are not currently on sale. All on sale wines will count towards a 12 bottle case, however, only items not currently on sale will receive the 10% case discount. Please feel free to contact us in regard to our discount or sale policy at any time.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any product bought at LinwoodWineCo.com return it within 30 days for a full credit. Refunds may be subject to proof of purchase, so please save your receipt. If you prefer a cash refund, a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. If there is a problem with the item that has been shipped please contact us and we will correct it right away. There will not be a refund or exchange given for items returned after 30 days from Date of Shipment or in store pick up. If we made the error, you will not be responsible for any fees that may apply.
Please contact us to get a return authorization number before sending items back to us. For all return orders, please re-pack the wine in its original packaging and send it to:
