After harvesting, the grapes were destemmed and cold-soaked for one day prior to fermentation to extract complex aromas. All of the wine completed malolactic fermentation. Our 2006 Pinot Noir offers intense flavors of ripe stone fruits such as black cherry and plum, accented by charming, spicy notes of cinnamon and black pepper. On the palate, the wine is fruity and soft with velvety tannins. Harmonious and well balanced, it is an attractive example of true Pinot Noir varietal character. Enjoy this wine paired with pork tenderloin with pear chutney, roast duck and Portobello mushroom lasagne.
